Have you ever wondered what’s the best time of day to work out?
In the morning many people have the most energy, so there’s more motivation to get out and exercise. You may also find that working out in the morning can increase your productivity because it improves brain clarity, focus and even creativity.
However the evening is also a great time to work out because you can burn off some of the day’s stressful energy and clear your head.
At SuperSmartHealth we believe anytime is a great time to work out! If you can’t do it in the morning, don’t beat yourself up — just try to get some exercise in the evening. And if you’re feeling fatigued, try to get up off the couch and go for a walk – especially after dinner. It will help you feel better and sleep better.
