Daniel Friedland, MD, is pleased to announce the release of a new book he wrote with his son, Zach Friedland, called, The Big Decision – a book for teens and adults on how to leverage brain science to make better decisions in your life. Click here for more info!
The program gave me insight into the ways that my mind sometimes works that are not helpful to me. I learned to recognize when I was simply reacting to life in an unhelpful way and instead access my creativity and desires to pro-actively choose a life that is better for me and those around me.
Dr. Daniel Friedland’s workshop was truly a life-changing experience. For the first time in years, I actually started to get some creative ideas for my practice. In addition, I was able to apply the techniques I learned for navigating stress immediately. The day after the workshop, I had a very busy day seeing 40 patients. I applied the 4 in 4 Framework with each and every patient, and I actually got through the day mentally unscathed. I would have never been able to do that prior to attending the workshop. I highly recommend Dr. Friedland to any physician experienceing stress or burnout. In fact, I highly reccomend him to any human being experiencing stress or burnout. Thank you so much Dr. Friedland for helping me to navigate stress and become more productive, creative, and happy.
Dr. Daniel Friedland was a tremendous asset to the 2012 Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit. He energized and delighted our group. His presentation was the second highest rated by participants (second only to Whole Foods Market co-CEO Walter Robb) and his workshop was the highest rated out of six. I highly recommend Dr. Friedland and his work.
